Warranty Conditions
1. The warranty period begins on the date the machine is first installed, and shall be valid for 12 months or …………. Copies, whichever comes first. The warranty shall not cover the damages caused by accidents, natural disasters, and misuses. Under the warranty conditions, the authorized vendor shall be liable for parts and labor expenses incurred.
2. This warranty are not covered for
2.1 Drum, Developer, Toner, Lamp, Cleaning blade and cleaning web (Black & White Machine)
2.2 Image Unit, Transfer Belt, Fuser Unit, Lamp and Toner (Color Machine)
3. The authorized vendor has the right to automatically invalidated the warranty if it is proven that
3.1 The machine and its parts are examined, repaired, modified, and altered by any unauthorized person.
3.2 The warranty holder does not use genuine consumables parts and equipped items distributed by the authorized vendor.
4. Warranty card is to be shown at all the time when calling for services.
5. The warranty shall be valid only in Thailand.
