Management : Mr.Narong Taychachaiwong President Establishment : November 1977 Registered Capital : 408.68 million Baht Number of employees : 377 persons Business : lines Trading Company; the distributor of KONICA MINOLTA Digital Multifunction copier machine and authorized dealer of Risograph and NEC PABX   About IFEC Inter Far East Engineering Public Company Limited by virtue of hard work and sacrifice, the company has since expanded into a variety of high-technology products, and has consistently developed the quality of its personal and operational systems to match the greater scale of its business. 23rd November 1977 Inter Far East Engineering Wisawakit Co.,Ltd was established on Petchburi Road, Bangkok with a registered capital of 500,000 baht, consisting of 5,000 shares of 100 baht each, of which initially only 50% was paid-up capital. 1st January 1978 The company began operations by servicing air conditioners and repairing delivery trucks in the Sahapatanapiboon Groups of Companies. 1980 The company’s name was changed to Inter Far East Engineering Company Limited ., and its registered capital was increased to 1 million baht. 1982 The company’s registered capital was increased to 3.5 million baht. 1983 The company was appointed sales agent for “Konica” opying machines, distributed in Thailand on behalf of Japan’s Konica Corporation by Mitsubishi Corporation. The company’s registered capital was raised to 5 million baht. 1987 The capital of the company’s shares was changed from 5 millions to 10 millions and then 30 millions baht at par value of 100 baht per share. 1988 1988 The Company has been approved as Listed Company in The Stock Exchange of Thailand, its head office was transferred from Petchburi to the IFEC Building at 29 Soi Ramkhamhaeng 22, Ramkhamhaeng Road, Huamark, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240. 1990 Raised capital to ฿120 Million by public offering of new share included ฿ 50 Million 5 years convertible debentures. 1994 Change the company status from Company Limited to Public Company Limited and trade in The Stock Exchange of Thailand. The company was selected by NEC [Thailand] Co.,Ltd to be its distributor of NEC exchange telephone systems (PABX). 1997 Due to devaluation of Thai currency and Asian Economy Crisis.
